I have worked as several different roles of teaching in Southern Methodist University.

Adjunct Faculty

I am the instructor of the following classes:

  1. CSE 8355 - Graph Theory: Algorithms and Applications
  2. CSE 7345 - Advanced Application Programming (Syllabus)
  3. CSE 1341 & ASIM/CRCP 1310 - Principles of Computer Science & Creative Coding I
  4. CSE 1342 & ASIM/CRCP 3305 - Programming Concepts & Creative Coding II (Syllabus)

I am hired as Adjunct Faculty in both Computer Science department and Creative Computation department. My students usually come frome both Lyle School of Engineering and Meadows School of the Arts which brings great diversity in my classes. Graphic coding and visualization play important roles in all my classes.

Teaching Assistant

I have been teaching assistant for several classes before:

  3. CSE 1342 & ASIM/CRCP 3305: Programming Concepts & Creative Coding II
  4. CSE 7350/5350: Algorithm Engineering (Project)

I was hired as Teaching Assistant in Computer Science department. The main task of the Teacher Assistant is to lead and assist students on their lab assignments and also includes partial grading work of the course corporated with the instructor.

Grader

I was grader for several classes before:

  1. CSE 7343/5343: Operating System
  2. CSE 7347/5347: XML and Enterprise
  3. CSE 7345/5345: Advanced Application Programming
  4. CSE 7350/5350: Algorithm Engineering

I was hired as Grader in Computer Science department. The main task of the Grader is to cover all the grading work of the classes.

Tutor

I was hired as a Computer Science Tutor in Altshuler Learning Enhancement Center. The main task of the Tutor is to provide interactive tutoring for undergraduate students in a dynamic and comfortable environment. I cover tutoring all undergraduate computer science courses. I only work as tutor in Summer season.
