The proteins are in wireframe. Trypsin is colored blue and the inhibitor protein is colored red. The catalytic residues of Trypsin are colored yellow: His 57, orange: Asp 102, and green: Ser 195. Notice the the inhibitor protein seems to block the active site. Change the Display to spacefilling to check. Can you see the green Ser?
