Right-handed β-roll

This is an Anti-freeze protein from a beetle. It contains a right-handed β-roll with 1 face made up of parallel β-strands. This β-sheet is very flat, but the strands contain only 3 residues. A second face of near-beta-strands also exists, making this a β-roll. The Thr residues (colored lime green) are shown. It is likely they account for the anti-freeze properties of this protein.
