Immunoglobulin: Heavy chains in green and yellow, and light chains in red and blue A single Heavy chain (in green) is composed of 4 very similar domains. Each is a beta-sandwich domain composed of 7-8 anti-parallel strands. This domain has 7 strands. Notice that it has 2 distinct sheets. There is a Greek key motif in this domain, colored Magenta.
