HincII endonuclease forms a short segment of PPII helix that binds in the minor groove of its target DNA

HincII is a dimeric enzyme. One subunit is colored light blue and one is colored magenta. The DNA segment is colored yellow. Each protein subunit forms a short segment of PPII helix, colored red in the light blue subunit, which lies in the minor groove of the DNA.
