Crystal Structure of Parkin

Mutations in the PARK2 (parkin) gene are stated to cause an autosomal recessive form of Parkinson's disease. The parkin protein is known as a RING-in-between-RING E3 ubiquitin ligase and this depicted crystal structure is the full-length rat parkin.
