Department of Defense (DoD) Cyber Scholarship Program (CySP) - Applications for Academic Year 2024-25

The scholarship application cycle is now open for the 2024-25 academic year for eligible SMU students. Applications are due February 1, 2024 - please review the following information and application instructions.

Application Process and Materials

1. Please review the general Information, Eligibity Requirements, and Recipient Responsibility Sections on the main DoD CySP web page
2. Please review the specific information for the 2024-25 DoD CySP program in the fact sheet
3. If you decide to apply to this program, please contact Dr. Manikas to schedule a meeting to discuss the program requirements before submitting your application. This meeting can be by Zoom or in-person.

Applications for new students are done using an online application tool. Please see the following documents for details on the application process, include the link to the application site:

• Quick start guide that has a summary of the application process

As mentioned in the application instructions, the complete application must be submitted through the online tool by February 1, 2024 .
