CSE 1341: CS I (Fall, 1999)
Homework Assignment #9
Due Date: Wednesday, 11/1/99, before midnight.
-
Programming:
Halloween is coming once again.
For this assignment,
use Programming Exercise #7 on page 255 as you guide,
design you own Halloween pumpkin or any other Halloween-themed
figure/graphics and write a program to draw it.
-
Non-functional requirements:
- Your pumpkin/figure must be your own graphical design.
It must be different from the one on page 255 in at least one feature.
- Try to use the idea of functions and libraries to make your program
more modular.
- Your sketch and overall program design on paper are part of the
assignment document that you need to turn in.
-
Standard test values:
None.
You need to demonstrate your drawing to your TA in a lab session
(suggest that you do this in the week of 11/1/99).
-
What to turn in:
- Paper sketch and overall program design ideas
by class on Tuesday 11/2/99
(or directly give to your TA earlier).
- Finished program: e-mail to your TA by Monday, 11/1/99, before midnight.
- Demo to your TA the execution of your program no late than Friday, 11/5/99.
