Part 1: Discussion Questions

Pick two I.S. (interaction styles),
compare the similarities and differences in
how user interactions are supported,
and discuss their impact on usability or UX.

What are main differences of the original UID process
in our textbook and the UI/UX (modified/enhanced UID)
process we discussed in class,
and discuss how the latter can help us in refining/improving
our UI and UX.
Part 2: UI Design and Evaluation
You may choose to work with the system you selected for hw#1 before,
or pick a different system.
Now perform the following for this system:

Classify the interaction style(s) of its user interface.

Suppose you are updating the systems or developing a replacement
for the system,
pick you development strategy (UCD, PD, etc.),
and describe how they can be used in its UI/UX process.

What evaluation techniques would you use?
Try to give as much details as you can
(e.g., a detailed usability testing or expert review plan)
