Exercises from textbook: 1.6, 1.11, 3.11, and 4.3.
Part II. (6 points)
Define the terms CPU-burst, I/O-burst, CPU-bound, and I/O-bound,
discuss how these terms relate to multiprogramming,
and justify the higher overhead involved in multiprogramming
as compared to single-task systems.
You may want to use some examples to illustrate your points.
