Assignment (for Graduate Students Enrolled in CSE 7343 Only)

• You information sources should be research papers published within the last 5 years in technical journals or conference proceedings (not books, newspaper articles, etc.).
  You may use online resources, as long as they are "published" (see above).

• A minimal of two research papers on a common topics need to be studied and surveyed.

• If you are not sure of the appropriateness of your selected papers, send me an e-mail about the paper title/author/reference to get a pre-approval.

• Your survey paper should be around 5 double-spaced pages. Clearly summarize the common problem, the solution strategies and results, a comparison, and some critique. The critique should be your personal opinion about the research: Is it good/bad/so-so? What you would do differently? What kind of result would you expect? etc.

• The exact references should be listed and cited, and copies of the abstracts of you main sources should be provided as an appendix to your survey.
