• Final quiz information:
  • It will be on 5/4/2011 for campus students
  • It needs to be taken by 5/10/2011 for distance students.
  • SW7 students will take it on 5/14/2011.
  • A sample final quiz has been posted in BlackBoard under "course documents" section.
• For all individual study presentations, please send me the full citation of the papers you presented if you haven't done so yet.
• Makeup classes: Two video recordings from previous recorded lectures are available online now (as of 3/10/2011):
  -- makeup#1: SRE models, skip the first 20 minutes of the 3 hour lecture
  -- makeup#2: FM for safety, skip the first 31 minutes of the 3 hour lecture
  detailed instructions on how to access those recordings are on blackboard announcement (will not be posted here).
• Due to school closing on 2/2/2011, and again cancellation of evening classes on 2/9/2011, the following adjustment to class schedule and due dates as well as makeup arrangement (see above) are needed:
  • updated tentative schedule for the campus/distance group
  • new due date for hw#A for campus+distance student is now 2/22/2011.
  • new due date for the 1st of hw#R/S is now 3/15/2011
  • new due date for the 2nd of hw#R/S is now 4/5/2011
  • new due date for project proposal is now 3/22/2011
• All submissions of course work will be via BlackBoard (at courses.smu.edu site).
