How to use it

The “Random” button would generate an iP_j Matrix of a random size between 1 and 60.

If your mouse is pressed on one cell, the cell node and its neighbor node belonging to the Primordial Tree will be poped up. If your mouse is released on one cell, then the cell node and its neighbor node belonging to the Primordial tree will be pushed down. (Press key ‘n’ has the same functionality.)

If key ‘t’ is pressed, then the cell where your mouse cursor is pointing at will be poped up and it will track all nodes the corresponding Primordial tree has then pop up all the cells.

The “Reset” button push down all cells.
