binds the PIP boxes is shown in white. For reference on the back
of the protein, the Lys-164 that can be ubiquitinated is shown
in black. Notice the shape similarity between the PIP box and
its binding pocket.

is not interating with the hydrophobic pocket, a much different
interaction than seen in canonical PIP box interactions. There
