As part of SMU’s Darwin Deason Institute for Cyber Security, SMU’s Quantum Informatics Research Group performs state-of-the-art research. Particular areas of investigation include design and analysis of quantum photonics integrated circuits in collaboration with the Photonic Systems and Devices Laboratory (PDSL); quantum informatics design tools, compilers, and algorithms; and applications at the intersection of quantum informatics, cyber security, and data processing.
