This report presents the results of a feasibility study for a proposed litter recycling program under the Industrial Contracts Department of Goodwill Industries of Dallas. This program would coincide with the roadside litter collection program that is currently active. A major finding of this study is that only aluminum and glass are feasible to be recycled at this time. The revenues generated by the program could be substantial if the associated expenses were kept to a minimum. Certain qualitative factors (e.g. client disability) must be taken into consideration before decision- making can be accomplished.
