An Interactive Jmol Tutorial about Beta-catenin

B-catenin is essential for cadherin-based cell adhesion and the central effector of the canonical Wnt signaling pathway. It also binds to Tcf-family and the tumor suppressor gene product Adenomatous Polypisis Coli (APC). B-catenin engages in critical protein-protein interactions by using the groove in the armadillo repeat region that serve as a common binding site for several b-catenin-binding partners.
