Optoelectronics Device Characterization Laboratory
The Optoelectronics Device Characterization Laboratory is dedicated to optical testing and device characterization. Equipment in this laboratory includes:
- HP 70004 Optical Spectrum Analyzer
- ILX Laser Diode Test Instruments
- Two ElectroPhysics Ge Infrared cameras
- Miscellaneous optical test equipment
- E-Tek automated laser Characterization System
- Manual probe test system for surface-emitting lasers
- Manual probe test system for edge-emitting laser die and bars
- Sensor Physics near- and far-field measurement system
